Laptops Have No Comparison with Notebooks!
As the world is growing rapidly, there are lots of improvements being carried out in different sectors to provide people with easy life. When it comes to the notebooks vs laptops, traditionally, there were notebooks, which were used for different purposes including writing, sketching, painting and many more others.
But thanks to the mighty technology that discovered computers, which further enhanced these processes. Today, we're now able to work out anything we want on the latest shape of computers, which is commonly known as laptops. These are computers you can take with you anywhere.
Laptops have brought much ease to human life, which cannot be even measured. This new technology has enabled us to work anytime, anywhere with no cables and other accessories needed to run the processes.

So, notebooks vs laptops have merely become a meaningless battle between the two. According to a recent survey report, people have widely accepted change in the shape of laptops and have said goodbye to the notebooks due to their growing expenses and less benefits.
They consider laptops the best alternative, which is low in cost and have more benefits and functions than the traditional notebooks, which are restricted to just few functions. Finally, the reason behind the scene is the feasibility and portability of laptops and the functions it offers at meager rates.

How can I get more usable USB hubs on my laptop?
I have tried two different hubs now and when I plug in some devices it says device not recognised. The first hub was a straight one then I tried a hexagon shaped one. Its not the device because when I plug it straight to the laptop USB it works. I really need to get my Sonar working. I'm plugging in a hard drive, sound card and midi keyboard.
You need a powered USB, anything else is not going to work. USB works on 5 volts and when you add a hub to a USB slot that 5 volts is then shared by all the devices you connect to that hub. The Hard Drive alone will use 5v and most likely requires 10v and the midi keyboard will require a fair a bit too so a powered unit will provide a 5v supply to each port and the only problem then is the multiple data transfer via the single cable connected to the PC, which in most cases should not be an issue.
