Different Types Of Shipping Cases

There are different types of shipping cases in production and you could pick these different models based on your requirement. There are cost effective options which will ensure that the shipped product will reach the final destination safely.

Removable top models

These are one of the most popular shipping cases, which are rugged and very durable. These are perfect for delicate products which are expensive like electronic gadgets, laptops, plasma screens etc. These removable top shipping cases are very helpful because they are good for shipping objects that need to be carefully handled. For example, the plasma screens have to be usually shipped in an upright position. These removable top carrying cases feature removable locking swivel casters, pull out casters for storage drawer, tilt back wheels for ease of manoeuvring and pulling. There are spring loaded handles, heavy duty twist latches and wrap around foam for flexibility of carrying as well as handling. These removable top carrying cases come in varying shapes, sizes and dimensions depending upon your requirements, to ensure that you get a perfect fit.

ATA style cases

These cases are perfect when you are transferring the product on airlines. These heavy duty cases made up of polyethylene moulded on sides with heavy duty aluminium rims along with a rubber gasket seal ensure that moisture doesn't get inside into the product. They ensure prevention of dust intrusion as well. They come with padlock hasps, piano hinges, latches and spring loaded handles. They are completely filled up with 2 inch layers of cubed foam in addition to a 1 inch bottom layer made up of foam along with a crate foam lid. These highly durable and styling carrying cases come in varying dimensions providing cost effective solutions for airline shipping.

Tote shipping cases

Tote shipping cases come with adjustable handles and wheels. They are foam filled and available in various colours. They are one of the favourites in the shipping industry because of their strength and durability, built in wheels and telescoping handles that make transport very easy. The handles can extend sometimes up to 41 inches. These stylish tote cases come with military style latches and full length hinges for complete protection of the product inside. They ensure that the impact doesn't get transferred to the product inside.

Low cost shipping cases

They are very economical and are light duty shipping cases that are perfect for shipping something like tools or equipment that doesn't need very delicate handling. These are very inexpensive and are foam filled. Because of their usually padded interior, these low duty shipping cases surprisingly offer a lot of shock protection making these one of the economical options for shipping in many cases.

Rail pack cases

These are long and are excellent for protecting lighting equipment, tripods, graphics equipment and other such items which are long and thin. With built in easy roll wheels, these shipping cases are recommended for a weight of up to 70 pounds. These rail pack cases have cargo straps for holding on to the cargo rigidly.

agressive type glue?

I have read that it's very hard to find a glue that will bond to polyethylene plastic , like soda and water bottles. If thats the case , whats the glue thats used to hold the labels on? It seems to have no problem sticking to the plastic.

Gorilla Glue or Hot glue will join plastics. Just DO NOT get any Gorilla Glue on your fingers cause they will be glued together.
