What's In A Wallet? Five Popular Styles Of Mens Wallet

Who would have thought there were so many different styles of wallet to choose from. And that is without taking into account different brands. Here are five popular styles of wallet, each with their own merits.
A Bifold Wallet is a wallet that can be folded in half like a birthday card and is probably the most common style of wallet. They usually feature one or two full length pockets for paper currency together with slots for credit cards and often a clear window for an ID card or driver's licence.
So it should go without saying that a Trifold Wallet has three folds. Trifold wallets have similar features to Bifolds, but generally have more card slots. They can be a little bulkier to carry.
A Coat Wallet is generally longer and narrower than a regular wallet to fit in a coat or jacket pocket. It is also called a long wallet or jacket wallet. Coat wallets are great for businessmen that tend to wear suit jackets and don't want to sit on their wallets. It also looks far more professional reaching into your jacket wallet than pulling it out of your rear trouser pocket. But a coat wallet is no good for someone who generally does not wear a jacket.
Card Wallets can be similar in size and style to a bifold or a coat wallet, but they have extra slots for more cards. They usually also have full length currency pockets.
Travel Wallet can range from a simple bifold with one side of the wallet devoted to securing a passport, to a wallet large enough to carry your passport, tickets, itinerary, currency and more.
If your wallet of choice doesn't contain a pocket for coins, then you may also want a coin wallet - unless you are happy to have them jingling in your pocket. And another option is a key case, which is usually a smaller version of the trifold with hangers for up to five keys. Both the key case and the coin wallet are great for helping to prevent those annoying holes in your pockets.
And finally once you have chosen what style of wallet, you need to consider what material your wallet should be constructed of. If you work in a manual or rural environment, you may like a wallet made out of nylon. It would be tough and durable and relatively easy to clean. However, if you work in a business environment, then really mens leather wallets are the only way to go. And always buy the best your budget will allow.

Living in Australia, lost passport and all identification. What do I do?
I've been living in Australia for a little over three weeks now and recently lost my wallet with passport and all government issued id.
I still have a student id with photo, credit cards and copies of my passport, driver's license, birth certificate and all of my visa/school registration info - but no originals.
Will they accept these forms of id at the consulate? Or am I up a creek without a paddle?
I am an American citizen and will be going to the consulate tomorrow (Monday).
If I'm not mistaken, you're asking two questions: 1) What to do about your stuff and 2) Can you use photocopied info to get a replacement?
It sounds like you already have a clear idea of what to do to get your new passport so I'm not going to try and answer the first question, but the second one I'll take a stab at:
According to the consulate web-site (see below) they don't mess around with documentation. From what I was able to gather, photocopies are not ok. However, there is not mention on the entire site regarding situations where original documentation is lost or stolen along with the passport (and I can't imagine that you're the first).
Maybe give the consulate a call tomorrow morning before you leave to make sure you won't be wasting your time if they require more extensive information. And good luck! That kind of sucks!
