Can anybody tell me how/if I can secure a flash drive in case I lose it?
I keep forgetting passwords and other things, so I want to put them on a flash drive. However, if I lose it somewhere I want to know if I can make it so you need a password to view the files on it. If so, how?
You should get the Sandisk Cruzer Flash Drive you can Add a password i always have private stuff on their so i add a password. it's simple.
Plug in your Cruzer Flash Drive
wait until a red square with a picture of your flash drive appears
Click on it
on the right panel it should say something like security
Click it
it will ask you for a password and enter it. Now everytime you plug it in your computer, it'll ask for the password.
